Custom B2B Lead Lists

Find the clients your business needs.

Tell us what you sell and who you want to reach. Request a custom list of companies and relevant business contacts tailored to your ideal customer profile, target markets, and buying roles.

Built around agreed targeting criteria. Scope, available contact fields, pricing, and timing are confirmed before work begins.

Your ideal customer sets the criteria

A useful lead list starts with a clear picture of the customer you want. Tell Hawk which businesses are a fit, which people you need to reach, and which prospects should be excluded.

Industry and business type

Describe the sectors and company types that match your offer.

Geographic market

Name the service area or market you want covered, where that filter is supported.

Company size and characteristics

Share size bands or other business traits that actually change fit.

Buyer roles

Specify department, job function, title, and seniority.

Relevant requirements

Add use cases where evidence is available. Do not treat a title as buying intent.

Exclusions

List existing customers, competitors, or other out-of-scope accounts.

Already have a target profile? Share it. Still narrowing it down? Describe what you sell and the types of customers you serve best. Not every filter is available in every market. Treat estimates as estimates.

A contact list built for your next step

Your quote defines the fields and targeting standards for the project. Depending on the agreed scope and available coverage, a custom lead set can include:

Field Purpose
Company name and websiteIdentify the target business.
Business location and industryEstablish relevant market fit.
Contact name and current roleIdentify the person and business function.
Work emailProvide a business email when included in the approved scope.
Business phoneInclude an available, permitted number when scoped.
Professional profileAdd role context when available and permitted.
Fit notesExplain how the record meets the agreed criteria.
Review date and statusShow what was checked and when.

Receive an organized spreadsheet with the fields agreed in your project scope. Tell us how you plan to use it so formatting requirements can be discussed before the work starts.

Fields depend on agreed scope, coverage, and permitted availability. Hawk does not promise every field for every record, email deliverability, verified phone numbers, CRM integrations, or that an account-only row counts as a named-contact lead.

From your target profile to a tailored list

Describe the target

Share your offer, ideal customer, target markets, and relevant business roles.

Agree the scope

Confirm targeting criteria, required contact fields, requested volume, available coverage, delivery format, pricing, and timing.

Research and review

Assess records against the agreed criteria and separate supported information from estimates or unknowns.

Receive the custom lead set

Use the delivered research to inform prospecting and account planning. This is the proposed process, not an automated fulfillment system.

More relevant prospects. Less guesswork.

The goal is not the biggest spreadsheet. It is a list shaped around the companies you want to win and the business roles relevant to your offer.

Matching a profile does not mean a person has opted in, is ready to buy, or will respond.

Need help deciding which companies deserve attention first?

FAQ

Questions about custom B2B lead lists

Can you tailor a list to our industry, location, and buyer roles?

Share the profile you want to target. Hawk will review the criteria and available coverage before confirming the project scope.

Does a custom lead set include names and work emails?

The service is intended for named business contacts. Your quote will specify whether work emails and any other contact fields are included, along with the coverage and review standard for the project.

Can we exclude existing customers or companies we do not want?

Include the exclusion requirements in your request. Hawk will confirm how those exclusions can be applied when the scope is agreed.

How much does a custom lead set cost?

Custom projects are quoted based on the targeting requirements, requested volume, contact fields, and research involved. Submit your brief to discuss scope and pricing. This service does not use the ITC 10-account sample or the founding pilot starting at $750.

How long will it take?

Timing is confirmed after the target criteria and available coverage are reviewed. Include your preferred deadline with the request.

Is this only for events, and does it include the 10-account sample?

Custom Lead Sets is a separate, scoped service and is not limited to an event. Hawk's ITC sample and pilot are separate offers and are not automatically included.

Are these guaranteed customers or appointments?

No. A matching contact is a prospect, not a guaranteed customer, meeting, or sale.

Tell Hawk who your next customers should be.

Describe your business, the customers you want, and the contacts you need. Start a conversation about a lead set tailored to your goals.

Requested fields and quantities are preferences for scoping. They are not confirmed inventory or a binding order.
