About and method

Research with a clear method and accountable people

Hawk MarketMap is the public product name for buyer-specific event intelligence from Hawk Resource Group. The company uses publicly available information and properly licensed sources where appropriate.

Why this work exists

Event directories and exhibitor lists show who is present in a commercial ecosystem. They do not tell a sales team which accounts fit a specific offer. Hawk was built to produce a pursuit map: who to pursue, why they fit, and where to start.

Who is accountable

Hawk Resource Group is the company behind Hawk MarketMap. Public materials currently support a United States operating context, including Texas. Named biographies, titles, and photographs are published only when they are supplied and approved. Missing photographs do not change the research offer.

How research is handled

Typical work starts with your buyer definition, then reviews permitted sources against that definition. Hawk records source provenance and research dates where applicable. Facts that appear in a source are distinguished from Hawk's fit interpretation.

Hawk does not claim official event-data rights, a proprietary scoring engine, or a certification. AI assistance, if used in drafting or research support, does not replace human review of the recommendation a client receives.

Uncertainty and corrections

Unknowns stay visible. Event association is not treated as attendance or intent. If a factual error is identified in published material, contact the team through the request form so the record can be reviewed.

See the public example, the event account guide, Privacy, and Terms.

Use the request form as the monitored inquiry channel until a separate business email is published.
