How do the purchase options work?
One-time buys one CSV delivery. Monthly buys a new list of your selected quantity each month. Annual is paid upfront and buys 12 monthly deliveries for the price of 10: Starter delivers 12,000 contacts across the year at 1,000/month; Growth delivers 30,000 at 2,500/month; Scale delivers 60,000 at 5,000/month.
What happens after I request a plan?
Your package, purchase frequency, and prospect requirements are saved for Hawk Market Map to review. Our team confirms available audience coverage, agreed contact fields, and delivery timing before payment. Submitting the form sends a request; it does not charge you or place an order.
What happens when I buy my list?
Our team learns about your business and ideal prospects to define the correct buyer profile. A person then researches and compiles your custom lead list around the agreed criteria. You receive a CSV containing the agreed contact data.
How soon will I receive my lead list?
You’ll typically receive your list within a few hours after we’ve completed the custom build-out for your company. We confirm the delivery timing for your specific audience before payment.
Is buyer-intent targeting available for my audience?
Availability depends on your market, audience, and research topics. We confirm coverage, whether signals apply to a company or an individual, and the reported date or lookback window before you buy. Research activity helps prioritize prospects; it does not guarantee a purchase or a response.
Which contact fields will I receive?
Your CSV includes the fields agreed for your audience before payment. We confirm named contacts, verified emails, relevant business information, and any available intent fields.
Can you exclude existing customers or specific markets?
Yes. Include your exclusions in the request, such as existing customers, competitors, or locations. If you supply an existing contact list, we can use it to exclude those contacts from your delivery. Our team confirms the final criteria before payment.
What if a record does not meet the agreed criteria?
Report invalid emails, duplicates, or records outside the agreed criteria within 14 days of each delivery. Qualifying records are replaced, or their proportional price is refunded if replacements are unavailable.
